Peak Buster Double IPA is 100% gluten-free, brewed with malted millet and buckwheat, and hopped with Eureka, Centennial and Summit hops. These hops create a powerful aroma of tropical fruits (mango, passionfruit, lychee), citrus and pine.
Peak Buster Double IPA comes in at 9.4 percent ABV and 120 IBUs. The beer is deceptively drinkable despite its high ABV and high IBUs, balanced, but with a hint of warmth on the finish.
“We spent 2015 honing our craft lineup of solid session beers. In 2016 we’re getting a lot more ambitious,” said Brewmaster Jason Yerger.

About Ghostfish Brewing Company
Ghostfish Brewing is the first and only dedicated gluten-free craft brewery located in Washington state. Since opening in February 2015, Ghostfish Brewing has been exploring the uncharted waters of never before-used brewing techniques and testing the limits of what can be created without wheat, barley, rye or oats. In addition to Peak Buster Double IPA, Ghostfish brews four year-round beers; Watchstander Stout, Vanishing Point Pale Ale, Shrouded Summit Witbier, and Grapefruit IPA. The production brewery and taproom are located at 2942 1st Ave. S., Seattle, WA.
