Portland, Ore. – Lompoc Brewing is now serving weekend brunch at its Fifth Quadrant pub, located at 3901 N Williams Ave. Brunch will be offered each Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 1pm.

The brunch menu features a selection of brunch items ranging from traditional Eggs Benedict and Huevos Rancheros to Breakfast Burritos and five different types of four-egg omelets: Denver, Farmers, Ham & Cheddar, Veggie and Omelet Du Jour. One of the menu standouts is Popcorn Chicken Biscuits and Gravy; boneless popcorn chicken and two eggs any style served over homemade buttermilk biscuits with sausage country gravy. There’s also Breakfast Sliders and Challah French Toast served with real maple syrup. Many dishes come with a heaping side of home fried potatoes.

For those who prefer a liquid brunch, Lompoc is serving Bloody Marys, Mimosas, Sangria and a number of coffee cocktails. The menu highlights two breakfast beers: the Red Eye, a golden ale aged on tomatoes, celery, sage, bay leaf, peppercorns and dried chilis that literally tastes like a Bloody Mary beer; it was rated one of Willamette Week's top beers of 2015. There’s also a Cranberry Saison, a Belgian style farmhouse ale made with Oregon cranberries.

Lompoc’s brunch is family friendly, with a kid’s brunch menu that offers four different affordable entries and a number of sides. For more information, call 503-288-3996.
