No-Li Brewhouse is announces its second-annual No-Li FrostFest

Courtesy of No-Li Brewhouse
SPOKANE, USA -- Don’t worry, it’s still summer, but in one corner of the Inland Northwest, things are already getting chilly. No-Li Brewhouse is announcing its second-annual No-Li FrostFest, which this year has grown to take over the Spokane Arena concourse with all proceeds going to benefit our region’s heroes.

No-Li FrostFest is slated for Dec. 9 from 2 pm to 6 pm at the Spokane Arena and is No-Li Brewhouse’s biggest one-off beer fest to date. There’s ice carving and winter carnival attractions! Games! Music! Your awesome costumes! Food! And, of course, a dozen never before tasted No-Li beers!

Tickets to this one-of-a-kind event are PRESALE ONLY at ticketswest.com and the $30 price includes a t-shirt, tasting glass and 5 four-ounce pours of these outrageous beers. Since No-Li FrostFest went on sale, tickets have been selling far faster than expected and No-Li fans are encouraged to get their tickets before they’re sold out, because it would be a bummer if you got left out, right?

Those who buy tickets before Friday, Sept. 1 will receive a bonus Born & Raised T-shirt at the No-Li pub when they provide their proof-of-purchase for each ticket. That's right, you'll get two shirts with your ticket if you act quickly!

There's also another bonus: you can add a ticket to the Dec. 9 Spokane Chiefs game (the annual Teddy Bear Toss game vs. the Seattle Thunderbirds) for only $10 extra.

No-Li’s lead brewer Ryan Brookhart announced the first two of the dozen new beers this week. The first is called ‘Tis the Saison. It’s a red saison with festive spices but a smooth finish. There’s also the Tritamorphasis Barley Wine. This big ol’ barley wine weighs in at 12% ABV and is No-Li’s first foray into using locally grown Triticale grains.

You're encouraged to come in your most festive, ridiculous or classy holiday costumes and you’ll be up for a prize. No-Li will be handing out free memberships to the No-Li mug club ($100+ value) to the best dressed folks. Start preparing your outfit now!

Again, all proceeds from No-Li FrostFest go to a good cause. We’ll be donating all proceeds from this event to the upkeep of the Fallen Heroes memorial sculpture at the Spokane Arena.

Tickets are available only at ticketswest.com and are PRESALE ONLY. No tickets will be sold at the door.

No-Li Brewhouse Announces New Allocation Plan In Responce To Recent Growth

Courtesy of No-Li Brewhouse
SPOKANE, USA — No-Li Brewhouse announced an allocation plan this week to serve its thirsty customers.

No-Li’s loyal fans are buying up the brewery’s beer as swiftly as the company is able to brew and package it, and the allocation plan is focused to fulfill a steady flow of fresh No-Li craft bottles, cans and draft, and also tries to take care of all accounts and customers in all communities that the brewery has the opportunity to serve.

The demand pushed the brewery to create an allocation plan that focuses its distribution to the state of Washington and parts of Idaho.

“We had to make a tough and gut-wrenching decision to adjust the allocation plan to better serve Spokane and communities closer to home,” says No-Li founder and owner John Bryant.

“We want to thank all the beer enthusiasts who enjoy and support No-Li so much that we’ve been sold out of beer. It made us pause and appreciate the communities across the Pacific Northwest that support No-Li, community and the craft beer movement.”

No-Li will pause shipments into the Oregon market by August 1. This doesn’t mean, however, that the brewery won’t return at some point.

“We want to make sure that we provide a consistent supply of hand-crafted batches and brews to every customer,” says Bryant. “In short, we are very thankful and continue to pursue the hometown vision and cause of a craft beer culture and economy. It’s hard to leave Oregon — we know there are a lot of No-Li fans down there, too — and we want to come back when we can. We spent a lot of time and energy learning and being a part of the Oregon communities."

No-Li’s period of growth has allowed it to provide more than 60 living-wage jobs in the Spokane area, while also engaging in charitable outreach in the community, often reaching out and lending a direct supportive hand to the under-served.

SPOKANE, USA… No-Li will launch Red, White & No-Li Pale Ale in a 12 oz. 6-pack CAN on Tuesday, Nov. 8th.  No-Li Red, White & No-Li Pale 6-pack CAN recipe was born out of the Red, White & No-Li Small Batch Festival.

The brewers nicknamed it Fruity Pebbles because of the enormous fruity aromatics and flavors that make you smile and this recipe makes me smile. RAB and Brandon started with a Golden Ale and expanded with a bountiful Citra hopping in the kettle and dry-hopping.

No-Li Brewhouse Releasing Slacker 6-Packs

Courtesy of No-Li Brewhouse
Spokane, WA…Recently, there have been quite a few changes happening within the craft beer industry that raise some concern about local breweries’ independence. No-Li Brewhouse decided to send their message loud and clear with their newest 6-pack, Slacker: A Chimp Off The Ol’ Block!

“This beer is so good and so complex that we almost asked for help from a larger brewery,” says Brewery Operations Manager, Damon Scott, with a smirk. “But we wanted to show our team and our supporters that we’re capable of going big…and we can do so independently.”

With a solid 6.1% ABV and 20 IBUs, Slacker brings a unique brew to independent and free-loving craft beer enthusiasts.

Scott says, "This recipe highlights Madagascar Vanilla Beans post fermentation, giving the beer a creamy, slightly sweet, vanilla taste that melds seamlessly with the orange peel."

Slacker delivers a smooth foundation from wheat, acidulated and caramel malts, and the sweet orange peel tossed in during boil lets the juicy orange flavor and aroma shine. The strong citrus character, reinforced by Comet and Cascade hops, only confirms that the delicious orange does not fall too far from the Brass Monkey tree!

Keep a close eye on your local stores, folks, because Slacker 6-packs will swing into the market on Friday, October 9th!

Cheers!
