Pike Brewing Releasing Pike Post Alley Porter

Seattle, WA: Pike Brewing Company announces our seasonal beer release: Pike Post Alley Porter. A robust yet smooth porter with a slight sweetness from the Crystal malt and a light roast flavor from its Chocolate malt and roasted barley. Post Alley Porter is lighter in body than Pike XXXXX Stout and embodies Pike Brewing’s signature hop balance.

Post Alley Porter is named for Seattle’s historic brick paved alley. This thoroughfare used to see wagon loads of fish pushed up its steep incline from the waterfront to the Pike Place Market. Today it is a charming and old world style pedestrian thoroughfare and also the main entrance to our brewery.
