Bellevue Brewing Releasing Bohemian Pilsner

Bellevue Brewing is releasing a new year round beer tonight in their taproom called Bohemian Pilsner.  See details below.

We are pleased as a kid with a new puppy to announce that we are releasing our first lager tomorrow at 11:30a, a Bohemian Pilsner.

A few details below:
 
Bohemian Pilsner  29 BU | 5.0% ABV  | 12.0 P
Malt: Weyermann® Pilz, Schill® Pilz, Weyermann® Carafoam, Gambrinus® Honey Malt
Hops: Czech Saaz
Yeast: WLP 833
Aroma: Bright, noble hop aroma together with wisps of lemon zest, subtle floral notes, and slightly sweet malt notes.
Flavor: Balanced, herbal hops and soft, sweet malt with subtle notes of cashew and water biscuit.
Notes: This is a new Flagship, year-round style from the Bellevue Brewing Company.  Available beginning July 10, 2015 in our Taproom!

We have all sampled it here in the brewhouse and even contemplated keeping it for ourselves but decided that it was too good not to share.  I am confident enough in this beer to state that it’s one of the best representations of the style that I’ve ever tasted.  A bold statement for sure…but it just so happens to be true.

This beer will be available to local area accounts on Monday!
